Who is your typical client?

Most clients that come to us are in some form of transition (i.e. new mom, had a significant birthday, dating again, etc.) or want to be in transition (i.e. starting/looking for a new job, want a promotion etc.).  Some clients come to us because they hate to shop, are sick of their clothes, or don't love how they look in them.

Do you work with men?

Yes.  Absolutely.  The personal style packages are great for men or women!  Also, please check out the custom shirt page for men's dress shirts meticulously tailored and styled to your taste- it's a great place to start updating your wardrobe.

Where do you take your clients to shop?
We will shop anywhere!  It depends on your lifestyle, needs, and budget.
Do you shop at boutiques?

Yes.  We love to support local businesses.  However, shopping at boutiques can present some challenges because they tend to have a smaller collection of styles and sizes...but we love a good challenge!

What is your client's budget for new clothing?
It varies.  It really depends on your lifestyle, what you need, and where you like to shop.  Our clients have had shopping budgets ranging from $200-$3000.

 

Can I meet you prior to hiring you?

Of course!  Hiring a personal stylist is a very personal experience.  We want you to be comfortable with us from the beginning.  Let us know if you'd like to meet for a cup of joe- our treat!

Do you work evenings and weekends?

Yes.  We pride ourselves in working around our client's busy schedules.  

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and credit cards via paypal (you do not need a paypal account to use a credit card). 

Do you offer makeup consultations?

No.  We are wardrobe, fit, and personal shopping specialists.  We leave makeup to the licensed artists that specialize in that.  We can recommend colors that will be complimentary to your skin tone, eye color, and hair color.

Do you offer packages?

Yes.  We offer a variety of packages.  If you find that the packages listed don't quite meet your needs- contact us and we are happy to discuss a custom package just for you.

Do you offer discounts on your services?

Yes.  For every person you refer that hires us within 90 days after our first appointment- you will receive $50 off your next consultation. 

How does the process work?

It is different for everyone depending on your needs, lifestyle, and budget.  Generally speaking, the following is a step by step guide of a possible scenario:

1. meet for coffee, chat and get to know each other.

2. schedule our first appointment.

3. style profile and wardrobe assessment (usually takes place on the same day in your home).

4. personal shopping at a variety of stores that fits your style, budget, and needs where Tina will have clothing waiting for you in the dressing room- you show up, try things on, and buy the items you LOVE.

5. Tina will come your home for a follow-up appointment, introduce your new clothes to your old clothes and create outfits and a wardrobe that really works for you.

6. strut your stuff and show off the "new you" to the world!

The total style package includes everything you need!
